Strength & Length 
This class concentrates on abdominal muscles, the back, and your mid-section to build muscle strength and protect you from injury. Works to lengthen and give you a more stable base for your joints so that you'll suffer less strain and feel stronger overall. This low-impact class will help you increase your range of motion and flexibility and help you relieve stress.  


Tone Time 
An 'all body conditioning' toning class that gets every muscle group working to shape your body. This is a low to moderate intensity class and is great for beginners looking to increase strength and learn new exercises. 


Cardio Blast 
This class is all about getting the body moving and the heart pumping. Each class offers a different, but always a fun, challenge, combining a range of high-intensity aerobic activity, resistance, and body-weight exercises. Cardio intervals will be mixed in with resistance moves that will tone and sculpt your body. Great for All-Levels. 


Hi-Pi 
Hi-Pi is a combination of high-intensity strength movements and Pilates. This class is geared more toward advanced clients who are comfortable doing high-impact movements, can control their bodies for mat Pilates, and are ready to SWEAT! Join us for 45 minutes of intense full-body work! 


Power Circuit 
This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight, and resistance exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. Great for All-Levels. 


Butts & Guts 
This class will creatively focus on exercises pertaining to your butt and core. You will rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength. This is a great compliment to what you do for cardio outside of class. Perfect for All-Levels. 


Cardio Bands 
This class is a total body workout! We will use a resistance band and cardio equipment to improve your endurance and help you build strength. The resistance band allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout -- meaning a full-body challenge, and none of the boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Perfect for All-Levels. 


Tabata 
This workout offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods... High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of cardiovascular exercise. This is an advanced workout that lasts 30 minutes. 


Mobility  
The mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength. This class is for anyone who is looking to improve flexibility, range of motion, and balance. 


Senior Circuit 
This fitness class is geared towards the senior population. Meaning low impact, modified exercises, and slower pacing. Build a little more strength and stamina at your own PACE! 


SilverSneakers Classic 
SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing the range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. 


Easy Flow Yoga 
This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age or ability level. 


Greatest HIITs 
A cardio-focused, step-aerobics class that is doable at all levels of fitness! This class will play some of the greatest music hits of all time while getting a great HIIT workout. Expect to sweat and test your quad endurance in "Greatest HIITs" 


Stretch Smart 
This class focuses on flexibility and coordination. The first half is dynamic stretching and mobility of joints through the full range of motion. During this time, your balance and coordination will be tested. The last half is relaxing, static stretching, mostly lying/sitting on your mat. Anyone and everyone could benefit from this class.  


Floor Fitness 
Floor Fitness is a strength-based class, without the impact on your joints. You can expect a full-body lift with little to no impact as most of it is on your mat. Great for all fitness levels! 


Power Yoga 
Power yoga focuses on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout and is sometimes referred to as gym yoga. Routine power yoga practice has many health benefits. This style of yoga can help increase flexibility, build muscle tone and strength, and promote a more active lifestyle. Yogis can gain a strong sense of connection to the physical body through the postures in power yoga. This connection between breath, mind, and body can help alleviate stress and improve mental wellbeing and physical fitness.
